Like history… and ghosts?
If so, plan to attend a Lawrenceburg Ghost Walk, scheduled for every Saturday night in September and every Friday and Saturday night in October.
Whether you are a believer in the paranormal or not, paranormal investigator Jeff Waldridge will present you with the evidence he has gathered from locations around downtown Lawrenceburg, then let you decide for yourself whether ghosts do in fact exist.
Along the walk you’ll also learn some very interesting history about Lawrenceburg. As part of his paranormal research, Jeff has also learned a lot about the town’s early years and things that went on back then. You may be surprised about some of the things you’ll hear.
The walks start at 8 p.m. at The Mix, located at 105 South Main Street. Parking is available in the adjacent city parking lot. The tours generally last from 1.5 to 2 hours and are $10 per person. There are no refunds and walks are held rain or shine, though it will be cancelled if there are dangerous conditions. Credit cards or cash accepted. You can call 502-510-8777 to reserve tickets in advance because they do sell out.
Show up early and have dinner first at one of the great downtown restaurants. You can find a list of those here.
