Even though the history of bourbon in Lawrenceburg and Anderson County goes back to the mid-1800’s there has never been a bottle of the now world-famous whiskey bearing its name. That is until now. The Lawrenceburg Bourbon Company announced in December of 2022 that they would be producing a limited edition of bourbon and rye under the label of Lawrenceburg Bourbon Company. Two different offerings–a bourbon and rye mash bill– will be available under a special release and special order only.
